EventCheck360 is a minority, women-owned, small business enterprise formed to meet the need for event management, staffing and training services that connects and engages people strategically. Our enterprise includes a consortium of diverse women with expertise in meeting design and execution for every type of convening and participant. No matter the setting, we believe that everyone can and should be able to participate and intentionally plan for barrier free access. With technology as a key driver, our consulting firm is dedicated to providing customized in-person and virtual client solutions for the purpose of creating personal connections, positive business outcomes and stronger communities.

We are experts designing and producing both virtual and in-person meetings. Whether virtually or in person, our capabilities include the full range of pre-event, showtime and post-event management. We provide temporary and long term staff for your event or onsite at your worksite. We place and supervise qualified personnel in needed roles within your organization to ensure that your team can continue to focus on the mission and the work can continue seamlessly.  

Training & Professional Development

EC360 provides direct training and professional development services to your team, grantees and stakeholders for a variety of topics including communication and diversity. We design training modules and offer experienced facilitators or flexible engagement options within an online learning management system.
